From the moment we drove up to the doors on Leonard Avenue Starting with the Porters the Service and CARE was exceptional & continues to be. Pulling up, I was unsure being from out of town didn’t know where I was going. The Porter assisted in getting me into my wheelchair , was very polite ,patient and he knew exactly where I needed to go as soon as I told him the doctor’s name. DO NOT GO HERE. they will abandon you in a room for hours with no information and berate you and gaslight you if you try to speak up about their lack of ethics and care for patients. these people do not care about other human beings. especially if you are disabled or a woman, go anywhere else in the city, this hospital wants you to die and will do everything in their power to ensure you do not recieve care. the nurses are more concerned about standing around drinking iced coffee than doing their jobs. if you try to advocate ... read more
Horrible!! Waited 12 hours for an ear infection only to find out they had no ENTs at the hospital. Couldn’t get any pain killers for my husband; thank goodness I had some in my purse. They have no idea what triage means: a young man beside my husband was there because he “has trouble sleeping at night” and he was seen 8 patients in front if my husband. (Doctor told him to drink warm milk and go see his family doctor.) Here my husband is oozing blood and pus from his ear. Dr. Paul Ellis was NASTY and dismissive. RUN from him.... read more
