Very accommodating. Just before the Christmas holidays I had a terrible pain in my left eye. Though they were very busy during that time they were able give me an appointment and attended to my problem. Very grateful and appreciative for Dr. Parson and his staff for their prompt attention into this matter.
Dr Parsons has been my doctor for over 25 years. His expertise has been a valuable asset me and an added value to the team. He takes the time to help you understand any problems or concerns. Is most patient and supportive. The staff greets you in a friendly manner and walks you through your preliminary tests during your appointment. The other doctors on the team are very approachable and most helpful.
My visits are always positive. The Staff are totally professional, cheerful, welcoming and always a pleasure to deal with. My doctor, Dr. Anita Lai is a totally professional, compassionate and delightful person to have in charge of my care. Thank youToronto Vision Care for your excellent care.
