We are eternally grateful to Dr. Yvonne Lee for giving our little soulmate cat, Sonia, a peaceful, calm, and gentle passing. I can’t imagine anyone else by our side during such a difficult time. Dr. Lee is incredibly kind and empathetic. Sonia warmed up to her immediately, which was such a relief to know that she wasn’t stressed and scared during her final moments. We had the most devastating time saying goodbye to our sweet Shiba Inu Maximus who was just over 13 years old. He was our pride and joy and little sweet furbaby. He had an aggressive cancer and this ended up being the most compassionate choice for him. It was the hardest thing to do. Dr. Michelle Lee was so compassionate, patient and kind. Max wagged his tail and licked her immediately when he saw her knowing she was good energy. Dr. Von Leah was exceptional. I don’t know how I could have gone through this heartbreaking experience without her. My cat was experiencing a huge decline in his health since the summer and sadly I put him to rest by end of November. Von and I communicated throughout that timeframe and not once did she try to push her services or upsell. Instead, she always made sure I was comforted, reassured when needed, and was super patient until I felt the time was right before letting him go. I had to let go of my beautiful boy who was only 4 years old. Cancer took him way too soon…..thanks to reviews , I got ahold of Dr Lee team a couple months in advance, knowing I would need her. When the time came, it was easy to get ahold of Dr Lee , she was available at short notice and came to let Ben go with such care, sympathy and kindness.
