Dr. Lee and her staff were wonderful from the beginning to the end. Dr. Lee was compassionate and kind and took the time we needed to say goodbye to our Grimm.
Our dog's end of life was a heartbreaking experience for our family. Mickey was part of our family, and it just seemed right for him to end his life at home, surrounded by his family. Dr. Yvonne Lee did a wonderful job in making sure everything was done with the utmost dignity and she made sure that Mickey didn't suffer. She was so caring, both for Mickey and also for us. Dr Lee is compassionate, concerned, kind, warm, and respectful. And all of it is authentic; none is practiced or put on. Her understanding of what was going on for us and for our beloved pet was genuine. I so appreciated that. She is also very professional, promptly and clearly communicative and reliable.
