Had what frankly could be classified as a herd of raccoons move into my outdoor couch under the cover during the winter. Nick and Wendy were great and did a fantastic job considering how soiled the cushions were. Price was much more reasonable than other places I contacted and they were diligent about steaming and sanitizing everything so it was safe to use. Some before and after photos attached. Cushions will be going in a fallout shelter this winter lol.
Rocky Ishaq came to clean my chair and mattress, and I’d like to first raise the complaint that the appointment was booked for 10-11AM and he was late by 1.5hours and more. Second of all, it was not clarified to me that this is not the right service for me and that close to no difference was made on the stains, as you can see in the after pictures. Booked these folks for a couch clean and couldn't be happier throughout the entire process. Nick and Wendy were quick and efficient in removing the stain from my couch without leaving any sort of mess during or after they left. My couch looks brand new again. Highly recommend!
Zach and Rocky came by to help with our couch and chairs, and honestly, it was such a great experience from start to finish. Both were really friendly, easy to talk to, and respectful of the space. The work got done quickly without ever feeling rushed, and it was clear there was real care put into doing things properly. Nick and Wendy arrived and got right to work. They efficiently surveyed what was going to be cleaned and pre treated those areas. They started at the top and worked their way down three flights and cleaned up as they proceeded. They were obviously very experienced and knowledgeable. They were friendly and informative. We would use this company again.
