I was so impressed with the outcome of Steam n Cleans service. I have a white couch, white velvet chairs and a white chaise that hasn't been cleaned in over a year - within a few hours my furniture looked brand new! I had a frustrating experience with Toronto Steam and Clean due to poor communication and unclear pricing. I asked over email if the service included the deepest clean for allergy sufferers, and they assured me it did. But on the day of the service, the technicians told me I’d need to add sanitizing for allergies — something that should have been communicated upfront.
