Rocky Ishaq came to clean my chair and mattress, and I’d like to first raise the complaint that the appointment was booked for 10-11AM and he was late by 1.5hours and more. Second of all, it was not clarified to me that this is not the right service for me and that close to no difference was made on the stains, as you can see in the after pictures. Zach and Rocky came by to help with our couch and chairs, and honestly, it was such a great experience from start to finish. Both were really friendly, easy to talk to, and respectful of the space. The work got done quickly without ever feeling rushed, and it was clear there was real care put into doing things properly. Nick and his partner were great. Friendly, prompt, efficient...all while keeping me in the loop re: progress of the job. Nick was also very considerate about our cat, as the front door needed to be open a crack for the job and he wanted to be sure the cat was in a safe place while the job was happening. Our stairs were VERY stained as we had never professionally cleaned them in the 12 years since they were installed. They look amazing right now!

Very courteous and professional. Wendy and Nick also worked well together which was a pleasure to see. My review is 5 stars. Addendum: I wrote the above immediately following the service but when the carpets dried stains, although mostly lessened, were still present. One stain, however, was large and still there. I called them and they said that they don’t guarantee stain removal. In that I had made it clear to them that spot removal was the reason for their coming they should have told me that initially. I was impressed with the service and the prompt responses during this busy Christmas season. The t technicians came out when they said they would and did an excellent job in my very stained couches. Their pleasant demeanour made the whole experience really great.
