I am very unhappy with my 20 thousand dollars roof . The workmanship is very bad and I regret it and I have to live with it now. They try fixing the problems but it is still there. I had a warning sign but I ignored it just to pAy part of the cost a year later. All the homes with metal roof look so good but mine you can see where each panel start and finish. And I need a refund so I can get some one else to fix this ugly roof. I have buyer remorse:

It’s really a bad place to being with I did my roof and they charge me like $400 for temporary fixed and they had to come back within a week to fix it again. They put my number in block I had to call from different number. Really bad experience never would go back to this company. It’s my first time commenting and rating I usually don’t rate even in worse situation. I’m so disappointed. Now they want charge me $800 to fixed it properly. I would say Permanently fix.

Used them once and they were great; however, the second time we used them theur communication was awful. The receptionist did not follow through with bookings, did not send the receipt that we needed for insurance and was completely useless over the phone. No apologies and complete lack of professionalism. Ironic for a company called "professional roofers". 😡

We had professional roofers replace our roof 6 years. We recenly had a wind storm and some shingles blew off. We purchased the cambridge which holds a 50 year warranty and covers the wind storm we incured . In my conversation with them they said that this wind storm everyone pays. Even though the warranty clearly states thT this is covered. I gave them the adious and am getting it repaired see here else.

This company is such a scam. The ONLY reason i went back to them is that they gave me 2 x $100 gift CARDS. I had to get my roof repaired this year due to a windstorm. Paid $1000 out of pocket. But could not use the first $100 gift card because it has to be over $2000. They sent me another gift card to be used the "next time" i need service. Great $200 bucks towards my next purchase. No where does it say that you can only use ONE. No where does it say it has to be over a certain amount.
