I am very glad that I got a referral to this Cardiac Rehab Centre after my triple bypass last year. Our instructor James Farrell was very knowledgeable and helpful, the staff was friendly, and the exercise facilities at the Centre were good. As a result, my physical readiness went up and, among other achievements, my stress test endurance (according to the Bruce protocol) was improved from 7 to 12 mins. While they are not ideal, the results are not bad either for a man in his 70s.
A excellent facility with fantastic, caring and knowledgeable staff.
Extremely kind, accommodating.
No one at the reception for almost an hour , everyone passing and not caring to come answer questions to someone whose there for first time. You need to work on efficiency and customer service. Seems like people are being paid there just to shark around n not doing real work. Not good at all.
