amazing people that truly want to help people get better, they made sure my mom was comfortable and that before she goes home she had everything she needed. recommend this place definitely! my mom stayed on the 8th floor

My experience- staff is absolutely amazing, caring, and supportive.
My wife was able to select her own lunch and dinner every day. She was treated 10/10 by every single staff member. Gluten free menu wasn't a problem. She was there for a month after a non malignant meliginoma surgery which for the first few weeks she was sleepy. No additional room coverage meant a shared rm but grateful for everything. Recovery was week by week and was able to go home equipped with her binder, exercises and future appts.
Horrible place. Unable to get the rest I need. Supervisor won’t help and told me this place is a business first and is here to make money. Promised visits from caregivers don’t happen when they say. Changed my meds and made me sick. Didn’t send meds promised. Some good people here but management doesn’t care and is only looking to maximize $$$$$ Stay away from here if you want to get better!!!
