First time there a new patient , a referral from a hospital by my oncologist. I'm dealing with a side effect from chemo, so I was sent to this doctor in order to figure out what is causing it.And to also help fix it. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist who was sweet I then met the young lady that is Dr. Sibbalds assistant, we had a wonderful conversation, she asked me all the questions that were needed and then she introduced me to the good doctor. I am very impressed by the big picture thinking of Dr Smart, Dr Sibbald and Nurse Ratchet. Most importantly I feel cared for as a person, which is something that I am finding harder to find in this day in age.
