Dr Lu was very knowledgeable, approachable and kind. He took time to ask very relevant questions, listened patiently and put my 9 year old at comfort before, during and after the surgical procedure. Engaging and Considerate. Very pleasant experience. My child described the doctor as “funny”. He is great with kids.
