I am very impressed by the big picture thinking of Dr Smart, Dr Sibbald and Nurse Ratchet. Most importantly I feel cared for as a person, which is something that I am finding harder to find in this day in age.
Worst experience I've ever had. They called me on February 20th and scheduled me for March 26th, a week later. Then they called again and abruptly changed my appointment from March 26th to April 2nd. I waited 54 days for my appointment. I called four hours early to confirm. They told me I could come early, even though it takes two hours to get to the clinic by public transportation. Had a very good experience with Dr. Zhao and the nurse. They did a great job recommending my wife to a clinic to do regular wound cleaning since there were 15 stitches in the foot and the ER didn’t do a very good job on it. Overall was satisfied on the first visit. The wait time can be a little long but overall satisfied.
I have been coming here since last summer and I like it here. Clean , professional and personable. The Dr. Has listened to all my concerns and has addressed them.
No way to get through to administrative team. Doctor kept us waiting for 2hrs. Appointment rooms aren’t private, they have sliding doors between each room and I can overhear the entire conversation between Dr Sibbald and his other patient. Find another dermatologist. Do not go here.
