I had an excellent experience with the team conducting the Psycho-educational assessment.Lateash was very responsive. Everytime I called she was prompt, professional & made sure my concern were passed along.Ghia was incredibly knowlegeable & professional.She took the time to listen carefully, explain each step in simple terms. I don't typically leave reviews; however, due to the lack of professionalism I experienced during my sessions with Nannett Haynes, I feel compelled to address some facts from the sessions. The therapist had forgotten the appointment time and had to call me during our appointment time to reschedule, as she was still on the road to the office. After complying with her request, during the session she had lighting difficulty, so we had to take a pause for her to fix the lighting to her liking. After years of never understanding myself and acting certain ways that other people don't, Toronto Psychological Services sat down with me and diagnosed me with what I had been struggling with all my life. Very professional and straight to the point work by Ghia. My life can now hopefully change for the better as the first step was completed and all other steps have been identified.
