Dr.Pirani did a wonderful job on my Breast implants , this was my first time ever I was a little nervous , I was a size A and now I am a DD - DDD. Everything went very smooth and Dr.Pirani and I both worked together as a team to make my new boobs a reality for my structure and frame as a very petite woman. The only struggles were not being able to wash my back or lift my arms for a while during healing and after surgery I had nausea but in general I do get very sick from medications and even motion sickness during driving.
