Such an amazing experience with Dr. Pirani and team. He gave me the exact results I wanted, natural but complimenting. He really educates you on what size is best for your body while still fulfilling the results you are expecting. Dr. Pirani will lie and tell you you have to do multiple surgeries to get your desired result...which is actually untrue. After now consulting with talking to three other surgeons to redo my surgery- they’ve all confirmed Dr.Pirani told me I only could do 235cc not because it was all that I could fit- but it was all he wanted to do (this is actually a trick surgeons will use to get you back in and paying for another.
