Dr Elena has been my "Go To" for over 15 years. Having a caring & detailed GP is important but having Dr Elena as a detail catch all is a bonus for optimal health. Thorough with full recovery results. I highly recommend Dr Elena for ND practice.
Called & asked for an appointment. They refused to book me without charging my credit card in advance. I hesitated to share my credit card - they hung up on me... only to call me back 1 hour later saying that now Dr. Elena agreed to meet me without charging my credit card upfront. So when finally meeting Dr. Elena, I shared my health concerns and asked for a specific test to perform (have done it few times before on the same recurring health condition). DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! The doctor Elena is RUDE and unprofessional. As a holistic and wellness clinic, you'd think that you would be dealing with someone calming, professional, and helpful. Do yourself a favour by not even bothering to call them. The receptionist did not have a clue what they offered so had Elena get on the phone. Elena sounded annoyed the entire time she had to explain services to me (which mind you is EXTREMELY expensive JUST to have an initial appointment since they won't do any testing unless you pay this $... read more
