The best and knowledgeable surgeon. He is so gentle, soft spoken and caring. I am thankful for coincidentally got as my breast surgeon. His turn around time was so fast that you had to on your feet with the quick and pertinent appointments.
Never once had a problem with Dr Huynh (him alone would get 5 stars) but his secretary is so beyond rude, loves to be unprofessional and blames patients for not calling “at the beginning of the week” like that should even matter? His secretary should not be allowed to speak to patients like that. Considering what a lovely and compassionate and kind surgeon Dr Huynh is, I’m really really shocked his secretary is treating his patients like that. Do not recommend dealing with his secretary for anybody.
I know there is about six surgeons that are at this practice, I can only speak to one but I was referred here by somebody that had a surgery with another one of them who said they were also good so maybe its a cluster of good ones, who knows. Anyways, Dr. MacLellan took out my gallbladder, he did it in 75 min, at Humber River Hospital. The recovery has been great, the scars look to be minimal and most importantly, the wait time for the surgery and referral was low and Dr. MacLellan himself was awesome.
