Very rigid and inconvenient pool schedule and membership enter time policy. Front desk worker’s communication has been inconsistent. Most often they understand the inconvenience of pool schedule and let you in after you pass morning enter time. Randomly some receptionist refuse to communicate and just send you away on a summer day, despite you traveled half an hour here for the pool.
The place is located in a very nice place, love their group classes especially their spinnings, wished their weight machines were more updated and had some snack or drink slot machines.
I contacted TMU after-hours support when my wife, a student, was unreachable after her exam and her phone was switched off. I was concerned for her safety. The representative took detailed information about both of us but provided no meaningful assistance afterward and simply advised me to call 911. There was no clear explanation of any escalation process or whether campus security could check on her.
