I contacted TMU after-hours support when my wife, a student, was unreachable after her exam and her phone was switched off. I was concerned for her safety. The representative took detailed information about both of us but provided no meaningful assistance afterward and simply advised me to call 911. The gym itself has potential, but the changing rooms and washrooms are absolutely unacceptable. They are dirty, poorly maintained, and frankly disgusting. There are broken walls and damaged areas that were never properly repaired and instead are awkwardly blocked off with baseboards. The mirror lights are extremely old and barely functional, making the space feel even more neglected.
