I normally would not use one interaction with one staff member to assess whether or not to seek vet services here, but the phone call I had today did not give the impression of a safe place that I can trust to care for my non-human friends. I called to ask about how to register a new patient, and the person on the phone cut me off to explain the process of first getting on the waitlist for a consultation. This makes sense to me. Wow what a terrible place and unprofessional team !! I called this place to talk with them about my situation and they didn’t let me talk or even start my conversation first thing they asked for was $277 just for a consultation. These people have no love for animals all they care is business and getting the money ! I have no words left I don’t recommend it
Gem of a vet clinic! Staff here are all great. I love that they use all forms of healing to work together. I personally only feed fresh food to my dogs so it's great to have a vet that you can discuss this with and get proper info on how to feed your dogs. Keep up the great work and tks for helping me keep my pups happy and healthy:)
Very good staff , very good Vet doctors and nurses , very clean place they explain all the details and all the questions you ask about what's happening with your pet . I am very happy
