I was called and told I could make an appointment I was late for. Upon arrival, I was made to wait an additional 20 minutes, and then told I could not be seen. They refused to pick up the call, made by a third party, with my payment information, and told me because I could not pay in time, after being late and told I could still attend the appoint. They could not accept me, as my 20 minute tardiness, combined with their refusal to accept my payment, lead to a 45 minute delay. I understand I was late however I was told I shou... read more
We got our child night lenses at this clinic so he could go glasses-free. I've never seen a better approach. Special thanks to Yarina for her patience and kindness. We travel to this clinic from the other side of Toronto because we couldn't find the same approach at other clinics🫶🏻
I’ve been there three times over the past four years. Always excellent responsiveness, service, and thoroughness from everyone, including receptionist, technicians, and the doctor. Even though I live over an hour away, I will return because I trust their capabilities and service.
I don't normally take the effort to write a review, but not this time, just because my mom asked me to do so. My mom is Dr. Richard Hareychuk's patient. She had a few appointments recently (before and after cataract surgeries), and the doctor was outstanding, caring, attentive to details, and knowledgeable! He also has a very friendly and pleasant staff working in the office. My mom was really happy with the service provided, and she would gladly refer him to all her relatives and friends.
