Not a good experience. I purchase a driver and passenger side wiper blade arm. I was sent someone elses order and told I'd have to wait longer because Honda had not actually fulfilled their backorder which was supposed to be cleared over a month ago. I was since told these had arrived on the 14th of April, it's the 19th and I still don't have a tracking number. Being more forthright and candid with customers is usually better received.
