I was hesitated to use Toronto Honda Parts' online services when I read so many bad reviews of the delayed or unavailability of products until I called directly and spoke with Victor and Utsav. They made sure everything I ordered are available and helped me arranged the shipping right after my purchase. Great services that I would recommend.
Really busy dealership and no parking anymore especially for picking up parts
Just had a fantastic experience with Josh in the parts department while I was waiting for my delivery appointment. Super down to earth and friendly guy. He went digging through their inventory to find the part I was looking for, ultimately to no avail but I still appreciate the extra effort! I ended up circling back to him after my delivery appointment to grab touch up paint for my new CRV Hybrid Touring. Go see Josh if you're looking for Honda parts!
I ordered on 25july and no1 contacted me that the parts are ready to pick up and the website only shows (in progress ) until i called on august 2 they said its been there since july 28th . And then i order a coil instead of calling me on monday that they dont have it until i had to call to ask if its ready to pick up and they told me on Wednesday they discontinued . Wasted my time and its frustrating .
Great customer service Utsav was very helpful and easy to talk to...even went out of his way to look for my past order Thanks!
