This is the best realtor in Toronto. We worked with a few people and David got the job done.
I rented a condo in Toronto with David and genuinely was the best realtor by far. I had worked with many other realtors before David but as soon as we started working with David you could tell he was the best one. He was always super responsive and on top of everything. From Day 1 when we submitted an inquiry on strata he was on top of it. He was able to do viewings same day and take videos for us. He definitely is a hard worker and will be who I reach out to when it's time for me to buy a home.
David is great agent and help us a lot thru the condo buying process ! Recommended !

David is an incredibly patient, responsive and knowledgeable agent. He understood my needs well, showed me many units, and helped brainstorm to make a decision. Even after closing a unit, he gave me a few tips on moving as I was new to the condo buildings. I highly recommend working with him.
