It’s not necessarily the thing you want to do most but if you have to have earwax removed, this is the place to go. From the initial walk in at reception with Carolina to the wax removal by Liliana who was so kind and gentle, everything was Professional and efficient. Definitely a much easier and more pleasant experience then at the doctors office. Highly recommend Not just for earwax removal, but for all your audiology needs.

Dr. Liliana was absolutely wonderful. I came in with ear pain and could barely hear, and she fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. She was so kind, patient, and professional, and she took the time to explain everything and make me feel comfortable. I'm incredibly grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone needing ear care. Thank you, Dr. Liliana!
I had a really nice experience through the whole process with this clinic . I needed to get tested for OACP form filled and they were the only clinic I called who knew about this test . The front desk and the doctor were really nice and accommodating, explaining everything clearly . Got my results right away . Can’t recommend enough!
I had a very pleasant experience by coming to this centre for ear wax removal. Clinic staff, specially Lilian and Dr. Irene tried every method possible to help me with my problem. Defiantly recommend this hearing clinic.
