I had an ear cleaning appointment because my ears had been quite itchy and uncomfortable lately, which was impacting my sleep quality. The hearing specialist whom I consulted with was amazing. She explained everything, talked me through the possible causes for the discomfort and took a look at my inner ear. She even showed me a live video of my ear canal using a camera.
