Excellent experience with Natasha who was friendly and helpful. My ear pain was resolved right away and the custom sleep earplugs I ordered are very comfortable for side sleeping.
Professional, kind and helpful service. My questions were answered by phone or email immediately and Natasha made time for me as I adjusted to my new hearing aids. I felt comfortable and supported throughout the process. I no longer "fake it" at parties and in loud restaurants and enjoy bird song every morning. I went to this place for hearing test and ear wax removal. It was a good place. Natasha was friendly. I would come back here again in the future for hearing test or ear wax removal.
Excellent, friendly service from Natasha and Karen. Answered my many questions clearly, thoughtfully. Settled on CIC (completely in ear).... 3 weeks later: new hearing aids vastly improved over last pair - can hear music again! And ears cleaned for the first time in years - (Doctors dislike doing it, say 'looks fine') Highly recommended.
