I can't say enough about how wonderful they are! I had a wax plug removed that my family doctor said was rock hard. Natasha had it out in less than 5 minutes! There was no discomfort, and I truly felt in professional hands. Going to be returning for a hearing check up soon. Woke up this morning and got water in my ear. I looked online and found Toronto Hearing Consultants on Bloor. Upon booking I noticed that Natasha Manji was also listed as a provider with Sun Life which is reassuring. Chantal was helpful over the phone and getting me checked in. I took my 80 year old mother to see Natasha Manji last week. My mother is (not surprisingly) hearing impaired but also has some vision and cognitive impairment too. My mother is not always co-operative either and she reacted quite poorly to the last ear exam several years ago. So, I had somewhat low expectations coming in. I took both of my children to see Natasha Manji at the Toronto Hearing Consultants location in Bloor West Village. Natasha was very quick to respond to my emails which made a great first impression because it told me I could rely on and trust her service right away. Natasha and Chantelle who also works there were so helpful and so kind to my children.
