I had been dealing with a hearing issue for about 6 weeks with no resolution, despite 2 visits to a walk-in clinic. As luck would have it, my wife and I were stuck in traffic a few days ago, right in front of the clinic. She took down the name and address. I contacted them a short while later and was able to secure an appointment. From the get-go, everyone was very pleasant. Natasha got right to work and using a few methods to clear the blockage, I regained my hearing!! Words cannot describe how happy I was. Well done.

I feel truly deceived by this business, even misled. I made an appointment to have wax removed from my ears, and was told the fee was $95. I went to the appointed time, was told they were running late, and waited 45 minutes past my appointment time to see the audiologist. She removed wax fairly easily from my right ear, but told me after about ten minutes of effort that the left ear was badly blocked, so I should come back next week after inserting olive oil in the left ear for several nights to loosen up the wax. A wonderful experience! From the first interaction with Chantelle, as a walk in client for a hearing test, and then working with Natasha to try different styles of hearing aids, I was suitably impressed with the service I received. To note, I didn’t end up with hearing aids at this juncture, however Natasha was equally supportive of my questions both at the beginning and the end of this trial process:) PS. They are super convenient to find and a paid parking lot is located across the road.
