A wonderful experience! From the first interaction with Chantelle, as a walk in client for a hearing test, and then working with Natasha to try different styles of hearing aids, I was suitably impressed with the service I received. To note, I didn’t end up with hearing aids at this juncture, however Natasha was equally supportive of my questions both at the beginning and the end of this trial process:) PS. They are super convenient to find and a paid parking lot is located across the road.

I needed a hearing test. Was able to get an appointment in just a day or two. I arrived a bit early and the appointment started on-time. The staff member who administered the test was kind, gentle and plainly explained all the steps and what would happen. The test was quick. I received good advice from Natasha on next steps and the current state of my hearing. Had a great experience. I'll come back here again.

I can't say enough about how wonderful they are! I had a wax plug removed that my family doctor said was rock hard. Natasha had it out in less than 5 minutes! There was no discomfort, and I truly felt in professional hands. Going to be returning for a hearing check up soon. Woke up this morning and got water in my ear. I looked online and found Toronto Hearing Consultants on Bloor. Upon booking I noticed that Natasha Manji was also listed as a provider with Sun Life which is reassuring. Chantal was helpful over the phone and getting me checked in. Natasha conducted a thorough service and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and the location is highly accessible. I took my 80 year old mother to see Natasha Manji last week. My mother is (not surprisingly) hearing impaired but also has some vision and cognitive impairment too. My mother is not always co-operative either and she reacted quite poorly to the last ear exam several years ago. So, I had somewhat low expectations coming in. However, the appointment went extremely well with my mother co-operating with Natasha throughout the entire process.
