Highly recommend these guys, they did a great job with our garage. Their monkey bar shelving system is fantastic, we did alot of research before deciding and very happy with the solutions they provided.

At first glance, the garage looked acceptable, but problems began to appear shortly after completion. Cracks started forming in the walls, the roof developed leaks during rain, and the door mechanism began malfunctioning within weeks. These issues indicate poor construction quality and lack of attention to detail. When I reached out for repairs, the response was slow and unhelpful. A garage should be durable and reliable, but this one has become a constant source of concern and additional expense.

One of the biggest issues I faced was the complete lack of communication. Getting updates on progress was nearly impossible, and any questions I had were met with vague or delayed responses. I often felt left in the dark about what was happening with my own project. Even after completion, trying to reach them for minor fixes or follow-ups proved difficult. Good customer service is essential in construction projects, and unfortunately, this builder fell far short in that area.

This garage builder demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism throughout the entire process. Workers frequently arrived late or not at all, and the job site was left messy and unsafe at the end of each day. There was no respect for timelines or customer concerns. When issues were pointed out, they were either ignored or addressed in a rushed and careless manner. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority, which made the experience incredibly frustrating.

Initially, the quote I received seemed reasonable, but that quickly changed once construction began. The builder kept adding unexpected costs for things that should have been included in the original estimate. By the end of the project, I had paid significantly more than what was agreed upon. It felt misleading and dishonest. Transparency was clearly not a priority. If you’re considering hiring this builder, be cautious and prepared for surprise expenses that can quickly inflate your budget.
