I had a revision septorhinoplasty with rib grafts almost two years ago and my nose is still swollen and the nasal bones are still tender and as a result of the surgery, I actually have both bone and cartilage from the grafts protruding through my skin. I can't go and see the doctor, because he's extremely abusive, condescending and arrogant. I'm autistic and suffer extreme PTSD. I asked to have my care transferred to another plastic surgeon. I cannot say enough about my experience with Dr. Gantous. From the day I came in for my consultation for breathing issues .. he made me feel safe and comfortable with the procedure that he was about to do.
