Very professional and quick! The staff were incredibly efficient and the procedure was explained to me in depth before anything was started which I really appreciated. One of the staff members Ray (sorry if I misspelled) was an absolute riot and had me laughing every time she came by. I tend to get pretty anxious and her humor really helped me feel more comfortable :)

Dr Kaila and her team provided excellent care and performed procedure seamlessly. The front office staff were attentive and alert. Best endoscopy clinic I have attended

I recommend having an early morning appt when it's quiet. My appt was at 9am and it happened on time. Everything went super smooth and the quality of care was outstanding. Dr. Wu Chao Ying, specifically, was wonderful. On my way out, the waiting room was packed.

On top of that, there was background music playing in the waiting room. All the noise mixed together made the atmosphere quite noisy and annoying.

However, shortly afterward, I experienced severe abdominal pain and intense cramping that lasted for approximately three hours. The discomfort was significant and it was even difficult to breathe and hard to stand up. I could barely walk or stand on my feet. There were two other patients with me in the waiting room and they experienced the same discomfort and severe abdominal pain. This came as a surprise since I had no... read more
