Dr. Mukovozov is professional yet personable, and takes the time to truly listen. I always leave his office feeling confident in his advice and treatment plan for my skin. Krystal and Irene at the front desk are also incredibly helpful, welcoming and warm which makes every visit a great experience. :)
Excellent experience! I have been to the clinic twice now and found each experience to be very good. The reception staff is welcoming and very friendly, helpful and efficient. The wait was short. Dr. Yanofsky is very warm and personable, takes the time to listen to you - and actually remembered me after having seen me only once about a year and a half previous. Impressive! Appointment started on time and was efficient. What else could you ask for?
Horrible experience today. I waited almost an hour to see Dr Knezevic and had to leave as I had to go back to work. I was never told by the receptionist that i have to wait that long while the clinic was empty with only 2 other people waiting. After waiting for 15 min in the lobby i was told that the Dr was ''a little behind". Then I waited 25 min more in the room. When I inquired again, I was told the same. Being 50 minutes late is not ''a little bit'' especially when they charge for cancelations 48 hrs prior. But it's ok t... read more
