First time here at Toronto Dermatology Centre. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff is also great at time management. I was in and out under 30 minutes. Dr. Rajan, very sweet and kind. She helped me understand everything I needed to know about my skin condition. I will be back. Thank you!!!

Toronto dermatology center was the kindest clinic I've ever been in Toronto. The reception was nice to me. Dr. Knezevic, she was the best dr I've ever met in canada. She checked my symptoms very carefully and she listened me. She was really nice and kind. She tried her best to find the best way for me. I really appreciate that! :) The whole process took around 30-40minutes, including a 10-15minutes wait. 10/10!

I had an appointment on Monday, for some reason I thought it was on a Wednesday. I go in on the Wednesday, give them my HC. The lady says your appt was on Monday and you missed it. I said Ok, and she told me to sit down. I'm thinking the Doctor might see me (I'm already patient from before) and he only looks at me for like legit 3min. She calls me and is like we need to rebook you. I'm like sure when is the next appointment. 3 months later. I have always had a good experience at Toronto dermatology center but this review is specifically for their response time and response rate. Anytime you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment because of a health concern (that too to protect people at the clinic in case symptoms are contagious) no one ever responds to calls or emails. How is a patient supposed to get in touch with the reception of no one ever responds. This is something you should improve upon.
