The worst company you an deal with not puctual to finish your job ontime.tjey ise cheap priduct to save more mkney.careless about custimers property you have to observe the damages in your prperty before tjey get fully paid,barely take responsibility to fis their on damges unless you still owe them . I will never ever deal with them .They can work at the same time with yoir condominium managment and accept your job to do the work witj the same crew and cut corners if yiur job and delay your job.they dont care about customers... read more

A lot of miscommunication within the company AND no communication between company/client. Their agents show up unannounced or they are a no-show when scheduled to do so, not very professional. I had to constantly call them to get updates or have them send the proper paperwork/invoice. The whole thing was a painful experience which wasted a lot of my time. On a positive note, the people working there are nice and the washroom fan they installed seems to be working with no issues.

I’ve worked with Toronto Decorating on several projects over the past two years and have found their team empathetic, committed to excellence and transparent about challenges encountered along the way. Ultimately, it comes down to character…the rest is details. And I like these characters! (Especially Louis)
