Dr. Katsis explained the procedure and potential complications well and was very gentle and kind.
Really bad service, over an hour waiting, doctor took less than a minute to assess saying I needed surgery and leaving without replying to any of my concerns. The receptionist were unhelpful and rude. Only one nurse was polite and helpful during the entire time. Don't know if it was homophobia from the doctor or just a bad professional, will never go back
The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Dr. Ashwin Maharaj’s personal assistant. Very nice guy! Sometimes we must wait a while for the service, but this is understandable given that the demand for Dr. Maharaj is huge.
