Zee came to clean the eavestroughs on the front portion of my house. Before beginning, he clearly communicated the scope of work and sought my feedback and approval, which I truly appreciated. He completed the job with excellence and kept me informed throughout, including the final status and payment details. I’m very satisfied with the service and plan to continue using Toronto Clear View for future work. A job well done!
I was very late calling to have my eaves cleaned in the hope it was possible for someone to attempt this despite the nasty winter weather. When there was a bit of a warm-up Matthew and Zee rose to the challenge and managed to climb around outside the house and do a lovely job despite the snow. I couldn't be more pleased.
TL;DR: Overall their team did a good job, but I wouldn't bother with any of the increased packages as the value just isn't there. Not satisfied will try somewhere else in the future. My neighbor and I worked with Clear View over the past few weeks to get our windows cleaned. The staff was friendly and professional, they were on time and worked quickly to get the job complete. My eaves probably had not been cleaned in years. My technician worked really hard and spent a long time on it. When he was done, he made sure my gates were closed so my dog couldn’t escape. That’s extra thought. Highly recommend.
