Our bus driver Edmond was absolutely amazing! From the moment we stepped on board, he greeted everyone with a warm smile and a kind word. He was incredibly patient, taking the time to ensure all passengers were comfortable and safe. His driving was smooth and steady, and he handled every situation with professionalism and grace. It was clear he truly cared about his passengers. A wonderful experience overall—thank you for making the trip so pleasant, Edmond!
Amazing experience! Edmond was incredible during the entire trip from Toronto to Niagara Falls. Not only did he drive safely and professionally, but he also shared a lot of fascinating historical facts that made the journey even more enjoyable. As a special touch, he made an extra stop at the Whirlpool—which wasn’t originally part of the itinerary—just so we could appreciate a different and stunning view of the falls. You can tell he’s truly passionate about what he does. Highly recommended!
Edmond took excellent care of our junior girls rugby team as they made their way to their provincial championship. He was timely, communicative, and flexible. His bus was spotless and the ride was very smooth despite multiple pick up points. His natural warmth & charisma made our ride truly lovely. We knew we were in great hands. We look forward to riding again with him in the future.
Edmond was absolutely fantastic. The bus was impeccably clean and he clearly takes pride in his work. He was driving under 18 rugby players and he was genuinely happy for our athletes when they won. He referred to them as champions whenever he shared a message to them. Excellent service and an excellent person.
We had a fantastic experience on our Niagara Falls day trip, and a big part of that was thanks to our amazing bus driver. From the moment we boarded the bus in the morning to the time we returned in the evening, they were professional, courteous, and exceptionally skilled behind the wheel.
