The staff were very helpful. Went in for an ultrasound and Sima showed us and explained everything we needed to know. Great service
Almost 10 years ago I had my first experience with Toronto Medical Centre and it was a serious dud - the ultrasound tech was cold and mean and it was my first time experiencing that type of ultrasound. For years it left a bad impression on me and I avoided ultrasounds in general until I had no choice but to go back to a different clinic. The team at the Toronto Centre for Medical Imaging is amazing. They are professional, friendly and the entire process was super efficient. The medical technicians are attentive and patient and the front desk staff are wondeful. Shout out to Sima and Pegah, they were incredible.
