After sales services has been deplorable, with delays of days, weeks and sometimes months between reaching out and receiving a reply. Now been 18 months trying to get some help. Three of the boards on a $20,000 job were cut too short. When I told the installer, he replied “You just need to put on a pair of joggers and kick it back into place”.
