Recently had new flooring done via Carpet Court Toronto. Friendly, responsive customer service and good communication from the start. Really happy with the outcome - floor looks great! The installer was professional, on time and delivered as promised. Will use again.
Craig, Christina, Lisa and the team went above and beyond for my carpet and vinyl plank installation. Helped me in store with chosing the right product and colours to tie in with my apartment. I had quite difficult strata requirements which kept changing and they were always happy to help accommodate and suggest products that would suit the strata requirements. The install was professional and efficient. Cannot recommend Toronto Carpet Court enough. A++++
Craig, Lisa, Christina and the team at Toronto Carpet Court were great to deal with, and their installer Craig did a fantastic job with my new carpet and flooring. However, if you are thinking about purchasing blinds, I suggest you seriously consider looking elsewhere unless you are happy to wait for an excessive amount of time and deal with a rude sub-contractor when making enquiries.
I had an amazing experience with Toronto Carpet Court. The customer service was fantastic and the final results exceeded my expectations. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and Craig took the time to explain each step with installing vinyl planks over my existing tiles. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.
After sales services has been deplorable, with delays of days, weeks and sometimes months between reaching out and receiving a reply. Now been 18 months trying to get some help. Three of the boards on a $20,000 job were cut too short. When I told the installer, he replied “You just need to put on a pair of joggers and kick it back into place”.
