Fast, friendly and very kind
No one calls you back, I had been trying since last year to get my second follow up appointment and left multiple messages and no call backs finally got through today and was told I needed to get a referral from my doctor to be seen because I hadn’t been seen since 2023, that’s not my fault I called I left messages. The doctor I have is great made me feel comfortable when I saw them.
I have seen Thomas 4 times He really has no clue. After sever inflamation of heart which was misdiagonsed by 2 internal medicine Dr.thomas stated that I can travel and carry on as usual. This would have caused death by Dr. Klien at cleveland clinic in US. I am proceeding with medical malpractice againt Dr. Thomas who is not up to date and totally incompetent. This level of care is shameful
I arrived 20 minutes early, registered at the counter, and then had to wait for an hour and a half to be seen. After an hour one of the admins came over to ask if I was waiting for anything, as though I'd just walked in off the street, and then asked which admin I'd spoken to. They had not checked me in and forgotten about me while 20 other patients came and went. Then they lied to me about it and told me the reason for the delay was that they didn't have a room.
They treat their staff like prisoners dont give propper breaks and don't follow ontario law when terminating people. they rely on people not having enough money for legal help, no prior conversation just serve a letter of termination completely iligel this place should be checked on by the labourboard big time. HR doesn't even directly speak with the employee they just beleive what they are told and follow through without any prior conversation, I work retail and we don't even treat people this bad.
