I absolutely love this gym. The facilities are beautiful, clean, and so peaceful. It truly feels like a sanctuary where you can focus and reset. Grace, Dave, Rob, Chris, and Danielle are all incredible. They’re knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. Best squash community in the city from beginner to advanced. On top of that, great fitness classes, state of the art gym equipment, a lap pool, reformer Pilates and a sports medicine clinic on-site. Nothing beats a summer morning workout on the 36th floor with the sunrise coming in through floor to ceiling windows.
Toronto Athletic Club has such an amazing team. Chris at the front desk is always kind, friendly, and genuinely positive, he makes you feel welcome the second you walk in. Rob, one of the personal trainers, is also incredible. He’s extremely helpful, shares so much knowledge about the equipment and machines, and always takes the time to show you how to use things properly.
