Didn’t get the help I was there for. The therapist I met was very unprofessional, lounging in the chair and playing with his dog during our session. I’m seeing different types of therapist routinely thanks to my insurance, but unfortunately the experience with this therapist was absolutely the worst.
Bad experience!!! It just was a waste of time where I faced difficulties during the therapy sessions, experiencing moments where I felt misunderstood, and the communication from the therapist lacked the depth I had anticipated.There was no organized guidance about my concerns of communication.
