Very unorganized, unprofessional and inconsiderate. If you are a woman who values any of these things, especially during a delicate process and time like this do not go to this clinic.
I came here for a surgical procedure a few weeks ago and was honestly really nervous, especially after reading some of the reviews, I don’t write reviews at all as I don’t have the time for them but my experience ended up being really positive. The staff were professional, patient, and genuinely kind. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. I think this is a great clinic, however this used to feel like more of a safe space for women. Now the waiting room is full of inconsiderate men waiting for people. I miss when this place just had women in it there going into the private areas to use the washrooms doesn't feel right anymore. What were going through is already hard enough I don't need someone's dirty boyfriend sitting next to me
I was a patient here last year for an abortion because I lost my baby due to no heart beat I went in this clinic thinking it was going to be better then the one that messed me up a couple of years prior. I came here hoping for a better outcome because of the positive reviews but it seems like the negative reviews are the ones that you should be listening too. The atmosphere is nice and clean, things were going well at the beginning but when i started going to the actual surgical room that’s when things actually went down hill. The nurse and doctor were very rude and neglectful towards how I was feeling and how body was responding to me.
