I did my taxes with Mandy for 5 yrs! I loved her & referred all of my friends and family to her. This last year was an absolute disappointment. I contacted her weeks in advance and she basically gave me excuses for months before she apologized and confirmed that my taxes were finally completed. A month later I get an email that my taxes are late. SHE NEVER DID THEM, and she hasn’t txtd or called me back in over a month. She completely ghosted me.
