Toro Roofing replaced my roof last year and I was very happy with the result- they were easy to work with and very professional. Last week with all of the ice damming my eavestrough was frozen solid and my driveway turned into a skating rink. I emailed them some pictures and asked what I could do. Kathy in the office responded within 5min and let me know that they could come out and remove the ice damming the following day. I’ve used Toro a few times now and I’m always very happy with their service. I was having a leak in my roof. I contacted them and they came the same day- fixed the area that was leaking and provided a fair price. I have recommended them to multiple friends already. I will definitely use them again!
Regarding snow and ice removal, I recommend establishing clear expectations. Team said they were unable to access the majority of the roof, so they sprinkled lots of deicer and left, leaving the top of the roof where the leak was coming from largely unaddressed. The next day, I got out my climbing rope, harness and a ladder and took care of business myself. I do not Recommend to anyone that needs a Roof to use this Company.
When I need my roof done, I’m going to call these guys. My neighbours hired these guys to do their roof and these guys were quick, hardworking and courteous. They even took my broken down furniture waste and helped me put it in their dump waste. And I wasn’t even their client! Thank you!!
