Had an issue with my ease drought . Toro sent someone and repaired it immediately. The individual they sent was professional and provided me context as to what the issue was and what he was going to do to resolve it. He went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier. I will absolutely be recommending this company to any of my friends and family who need someone to address any roof issues. You can definitely tell this is a company who take pride in their craft!
Will use them again when they're the last company in the world that can do the work. And maybe then I'll think twice about doing the work myself.
I used Toro since 2019. I need them to patch some missing shingles due to strong wind. Kathy is very helpful on the logistic arrangement. Scott is very professional to get the work done. Also, I have recommended them to my friends also.
Toro Roofing replaced my roof last year and I was very happy with the result- they were easy to work with and very professional. Last week with all of the ice damming my eavestrough was frozen solid and my driveway turned into a skating rink. I emailed them some pictures and asked what I could do. Kathy in the office responded within 5min and let me know that they could come out and remove the ice damming the following day. I’ve used Toro a few times now and I’m always very happy with their service. I was having a leak in my roof. I contacted them and they came the same day- fixed the area that was leaking and provided a fair price. I have recommended them to multiple friends already. I will definitely use them again!
