I’m a repeat customer here, but after today’s visit I won’t be coming back. I stopped in to pick out a plant for a coworker who recently lost someone, hoping to find something special. plants were good some years ago... but lately quality is not as it used to be, and prices are going up fast... so, I'm buying my plants from MB Landscaping now... UPDATE: bought a few wooden pots, and when I tried to return them (my wife didn't like them) they refused... with the argument that all sales are final...! I get it when you buy plants, but not for a few wooden pots that are totally unchanged since I bought them. they lost a client...
We visited during a very quiet period figuring it would be easy to get assistance. Not so much. The Cahsier, understandably, stays in the shade but that made them hard to find. When we asked where a specific plant was, we were given loose directions based on the number of power lines we'd pass. No offer to walk us there and none of the employees in the general area she directed us to could direct us further. The nursery has only one plant that's native to California and no advice to give. 🤷
