Toro Exteriors completed a full roof replacement. Braden Koi was very professional and explained in detail what the job would entail. They did a wonderful job and on time. All materials were dropped off the day before. They covered all plants around the house and cleaned up when the job was completed. Toro will work with insurance and the client to ensure satisfaction. They will also provide references if necessary. We are extremely happy with the finished product and would highly recommend them.
Braden was amazing! He answered all my questions & helped me with a rotting board issue. They updated me all the way through & completed the job in one day. Even though I saw the workers working to pick up nails.. Braden himself came back & went over my yard again. He also came out while they were installing the roof & checked their work. Just amazing. You don’t see that kind of customer service these days! I highly recommend them…you won’t be disappointed!
Toro exteriors has been excellent. Braden Koi specifically has been excellent from the beginning. He is great at communication phone calls and txt. He provided answers to all questions and elaborated on the entire process from insurance details to construction, material durability, project timeline, and follow up after the job was complete.
Great customer service and great craftsmanship. Work done in timely manner. Would recommend to anyone looking to have roofing work or exterior painting work done. Braiden Koi went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our results. Toro will get it done and treat you right.
