I would like the owner to know that his service manager, Pedro Nunez, is an unprofessional, rude and lazy man. I have spent almost $5,000 in work on my minivan at this facility and yet I could not get him to properly diagnose my steering alignment. He wanted to keep adjusting my alignment without fixing anything and even made some snarky comments when I called him out on it.
