Have a very off branded Chinese made snow-thrower that of course snapped the auger engagement cable the day before we were to get 10+ inches of snow. Couldn’t find any info or part#’s online. Stopped in with the old cable & they were able to match it up with one they had in stock! Was able to get the thrower up & running again before the snow hit. Very friendly & understanding as well! Highly recommend!
They need to have better customer service and people skills. Very rude and unprofessional especially the manager. I understand that they are busy but you should never treat your customers like they are bothering you. First impressions carry alot of weight. I worked with the public for over 45 years and even if you are having a bad day; you always treat customers, clients, etc. with respect. They do great work but need to work on their customer-people skills. Good luck!
Went there yesterday. I got a set of blades for my zero turn, I could not believe all the equipment there looked at another zero turn owner could not have been more helpful .I found a new place to buy my equipment maybe that new zero turn
