After years of fully supporting a locally owned and operated business I am finally done with this place. I've noticed a decline in customer service lately but after what they did to me today is unacceptable. I schedule an appointment to have tires put on "super simple job for a tire shop". After sitting in the waiting room for over an hour they very rudely tell me that they cant put tires on my truck because they dont have a hex key "Allen wrench" in their entire shop to take my hub cap off.
