After years of fully supporting a locally owned and operated business I am finally done with this place. I've noticed a decline in customer service lately but after what they did to me today is unacceptable. I schedule an appointment to have tires put on "super simple job for a tire shop". After sitting in the waiting room for over an hour they very rudely tell me that they cant put tires on my truck because they dont have a hex key "Allen wrench" in their entire shop to take my hub cap off. Only $60 synthetic oil change you cant beat it. Was in and out fast. Very friendly
This place is the BEST tire place in Evansville. Would recommend it to everyone. I'll never go anywhere else for tire service. Great prices. Exceptional service. Would give 10 stars if I could!!
