I highly recommend working with Sebastian and his team at Tornatore Law. I had a complicated transaction that was part of purchasing 3 properties at the same time from a 1031 exchange and they honestly did such an amazing job keeping everything straight and even helping negotiate the final details at the end. I do a lot of real estate transactions and these guys are one of the best I have ever used!!
