My truck is literally ruined. During the drying process, the top rear light trim was ripped off. I called and spoke to someone who said they were going to call the owner and pass my number along, I have not heard from the owner since then. I have called and called and no answer. I can’t even leave a message because their mailbox is not set up.
Vacuum didn't work, shampoo barely put out any solvent, and machine wouldn't take coins for supplies.
Went through soft touch wash on Monday 7/1/19, the brushes didn’t work so my car was soaked in soap and then the rinse didn’t work either. Had to wash the car in the wash bay. Not only spent $11 on the automatic wash but another $10 in the wash bay. Called the number listed on the signs in the front of the building and left a voicemail. A week later no responses and no one answered when I called back. Don’t waste you money here.
I went today and now my car is all scratched up!!
I hadn’t been back here in a couple months and it appears they recently “upgraded” their soft touch car wash machine. It only did 1 pass over the car and barely touched the front bumper. I still have dirt all over the front and back. The old machine did a much better job. Time to find a new car wash.
Be Leary of this car wash this memorial day weekend. I went through the automatic carwash at this location and i was charged 3 times for 1 wash( that's 30 dollars for 1 wash) If the issue gets resolved then I will change or remove this post. It's normally a good place but if there is something sketchy going on I would avoid them. (Identity theft?)
I drive 15 miles out of my way to use the Tornado Wash in La Vista. In fact, it is the only car wash I will use.
Had trouble getting the machine to accept all of my bills. After a call to the number posted, he had it up and running for me. Great customer service!!!
