Bus operator, Jose L. Paredes, drove us from Dallas to Laredo, TX. He was verbally abusive to a passenger; he yelled and threatened the passenger to pull her off the bus if she didn't stop complaining. She only asked him a couple of questions to which he failed to respond professionally. I believe this behavior is common among Tornado bus operators, according to MS. Jaramillo.
