Terrible Service! Me and my wife are in the same case but I got my settlement check already and she hasnt. She hasnt even signed her release papers yet!
I am extremely disappointed with the representation I received from this law firm. For well over a year, I was repeatedly told that my case was being actively worked on and handled appropriately. I relied on those assurances and trusted the firm to protect my interests and preserve my legal rights. Then, after the statute of limitations had already expired, I was suddenly informed that the firm was dropping my case.
