Eagerly needed a one bedroom apartment for my daughter and was given a small studio. The washer and dryer area doesn’t come with the washer and dryer and I don’t know who in her mind would go Buy them when other people have them in their apartments. I also had to buy a second key fob. I was never given a spare so they basically ripped me off right from the start. I do not recommend this as someone who used to be a realtor and who is a foreman’s assistant I do not recommend this building.

Stay away from their listings at all cost. I live at the building on 830 8th Ave. Over the last 2 years, as a “luxury building” 1) there was mice in my apartment, which I learned later from other tenants that they saw mice too in the apt. 2) elevator has been broken multiple times and the longest time was about 2 weeks. Really enjoyed my two years at The Cameo!
