If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE!! This was a horrible experience. I thought I was going to be treated to nice nails for parents weekend, but it was the opposite they came out worse then I went in. They over charge for everything, that should be a standard. If you have dead skin on your feet, you better be expecting a up charge. The staff were rude and just money hungry. They wanted to get you out as fast as possible. Save your money and go some where else
Do NOT recommend!!! Less than 1 star if possible. Overcharged my wife and daughter for less than basic pedicure services. For example… will nickel and dime you for “additional” basic treatment like scrubbing the dead skin from feet. Also lack any friendliness… customers are only numbers to them… in and out as soon as possible. Again - do NOT recommend!
My experience was very disappointing, I got my pedicure, they did it less than 20 mins from start to finish. It was like the the dude was rushing to get me done so he could see another client. They charged me for everything even though I did not ask for it. I came out frustrated as they charge me 50 dollars for a 20 mins job.
Do NOT go here! They cut my real nails short which I did NOT want! I wanted a fill and dip the next time after soaking them off. I had no choice but to get a new set. They clearly wanted more money but lost a potential long term customer. They got product all over my skin, misshaped nails, wrong color powder for my skin tone. Just a mess. Go somewhere else!! What a mistake!
Came in for a simple acrylic removal and it was honestly such a frustrating experience. I waited around while one of the techs, who was already doing someone’s nails, said she’d help me she never did. Instead, an older lady started the process by soaking my nails in acetone, then just kind of left me there.
