We completed a spray foam installation for Torino Construction, which passed inspection at the time. Now, after their project progressed to drywall, they are withholding payment and insisting we cover the cost of removing drywall to “fix” alleged deficiencies. If any issues had existed, they should have raised them immediately, allowing us to address them right away. It’s unprofessional to delay these claims after further construction steps. We stand by our work and expect timely payment as agreed.
