My daughter fractured her leg and was sent to this surgeon for treatment by her insurance, and her treatment is being delayed just because they wanted a written X-ray report instead of the cd I was given by emergency room which I was explained it is normal practice. I spoked to someone named LaTanya who refused to request the report her self and against the advice of medical records from the ER she insisted I requested my self knowing it might take several days versus 45 minutes if she requested them.
