Update: They have kicked my son out of services because of this review I left. They agreed his care has been unfair and dangerous and instead of doing better for my son, they decided to remove him. If you love your child DO NOT take them to this unprofessional and dangerous office. They would rather “get rid” of patients that they see as problematic (for wanting medications prescribed on time 🤯) than to swallow their pride, update their policies, and DO BETTER for their patients. I’ve had a wonderful experience at Toribio Psychological Services! From the office staff always being so friendly and helpful, to the therapist helping me work through various challenges. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for therapy!
Wrongful death lawsuit just waiting to happen, avoid if you can!! They prescribe medication but will not contact your doctor if your child has issues with the medication.. for any reason - even life threatening! If you go here be SURE you have an alternate way to contact your doctor besides the through the front office. Even under extreme circumstances I was told they do not provide services for medication emergencies even tho the medicine is prescribed from there. 🤯 This has to be illegal! They don't cater to all like they say they do. They turned me down due to Felony charge. I disclosed it first and they ignore it and then they found out "on their own" and turned me down
I go there and my therapist is so good 👍🏿 I rate it a 5 stars
